Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Pytlik earned a double major in Biological Sciences from the University of the Pacific before obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry.
Following dental school, Dr. Pytlik gained extensive clinical experience practicing in both private dental offices and community health centers, where he developed a strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. His passion for pediatric dentistry was solidified through his work with children and families, inspiring him to pursue advanced specialty training in pediatric dental care.
Dr. Pytlik completed his pediatric dentistry residency at NYU Lutheran - Rady Children’s Hospital, where he received advanced training in sedation dentistry, dental trauma management, and hospital-based pediatric dentistry. His residency emphasized the treatment of special-needs and medically compromised patients, equipping him with the expertise to provide comprehensive care for children with a wide range of dental and medical needs.
Dedicated to fostering positive dental experiences, Dr. Pytlik is committed to helping children establish healthy oral habits and empowering families to make informed decisions that support lifelong oral health and overall well-being. He strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where every child feels comfortable, confident, and cared for.
Outside of his professional practice, Dr. Pytlik enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, exploring personal interests, and spending meaningful time with his family.
